‘Sur La Piste du Dodo D’Or’ is inspired from the TV game ‘La Chasse aux Trésors’. Emphasis is laid on the historical sites of the island and its surrounding islets. The game will be aired for 2 hours on Sunday each month. 2 participants will be playing in each game. The participants will be screened as a good physical condition is mandatory for this game. In the game, there will always be gender equality in terms of participants and hosts(1 male and 1 female participant, 1 male and female host) Each participant will be followed by a host. One vehicle or any other suitable means of transport per participant will be provided by Top FM. A total of 3 hints will be provided to the participants to discover the Treasure ( Dodo D’Or). The hints will cover history, literature, geography and cultural background. Additional hints will be given to the audience; same will not be relayed to the participants. The first participant who finds the Dodo D’Or is the winner. The game will not be aired in its integral part on radio. Inserts will be done on a timely basis; music and advertising spots will fill the rest of the airtime. The audience will also be able to play via SMS / Audio text whereby the winner who finds the exact hiding place of the Dodo D’Or will benefit from gifts from sponsors. The participants will be equipped with hands free facilities and wireless headphones to allow a maximum ease of use for communication. The above will allow a maximum interaction with the public. All participants will be equipped with cellular phones and will be permanently in touch with the studio. The participants will not have access to radio.
