Calamar croustillant

Ingredients:


200 gm flour

Salt

Paprika powder 

Black pepper

600 gm squid, cut into 5mm rings

 

Preparation:

 

Season the flour with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

Mix the squid with flour until they get fully coated.

Deep fry for 2 minutes.

Serve with chilli sauce
