Simple Vermicelli

Ingredients:
200 g vermicelli broken into 1 inch pieces 
150 g sugar
600 ml milk
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
4 tablespoons ghee
Dried fruits
 

Preparation:

Heat the ghee on a low flame in a wok and put the vermicelli into it, fry stirring continuously until golden brown.

Add cashew nuts, almonds and raisins into it.

Fry them together.

In a different pan, boil milk, sugar and smashed green cardamoms.

Add the fried vermicelli mix into the milk pan.

When the milk has been absorbed, add the sugar.

Stir gently, cook until the sugar has mixed in well.

Remove from fire and garnish with dry fruits of your choice.

Serve.
